Maths- pattern making
This morning we continued our work on making repeated patterns. We used fruit to make a kebab using a repeated pattern. We especially enjoyed eating our patterns after!
Reading Books
Today your child should be bringing home a plastic folder with a 'reading book' in it. At the moment these books don't have words in them but are a chance for you to share the pictures, discuss what is happening and spot different objects. As we start to learn our sounds, we will introduce books with words in them. In the folder there will also be the sounds we have looked at this week.
