Phonics week 6

This week, we’ve been busy exploring the new sounds g, o, c, and k during our daily phonics lessons. The children have enjoyed getting to know each sound through songs, games, and hands-on activities that help bring phonics to life.

We’ve also spotted our sounds during Adventure Time! There were kings flying kites in the setting — a fantastic way to reinforce the k sound in a playful and imaginative way. The children have loved using their creativity to spot and use these sounds in their play.
